Dysart is a provision for pupils who have a range of severe and complex learning disabilities, from within the Royal Borough of Kingston and beyond.
This section provides key information including how the school spends the funding it receives, its policies and procedures, how student perform in exams and assessment, inspection information and the schools self-evaluation.
At Dysart we strive to provide a curriculum that is flexible, exciting and personalised that fits each and every one of our pupils rather than making our pupils fit the curriculum.
We see the mental health and wellbeing (MHWB) of our pupils, families and staff as a key priority at Dysart.
We endeavour to maintain clear communication between school and parents/carers.
At Dysart School we want all of our pupils to feel a part of both the school and the wider community.
At Dysart, we recognise the important role we play in supporting local provisions to fully include pupils, enabling those pupils to better access the curriculum and to achieve their full potential
On Thursday 28th April we held the second of our Sibling events ‘Pizza, Puds & Tech time’.
Fourteen siblings attended this event and enjoyed an afternoon of Tech based activities including our VR headsets, which were a big hit, followed by pizza and ice cream.
Watch this space for our next event which, weather permitting, will be held on the field later in the summer term.
