Lights, Camel, Action!
Our Primary pupils took to the stage at Christ Church to perform a very special Nativity Show. The classes entertained parents and carers with their Christmas production ‘It’s Strictly the Nativity’ on Tuesday 10th December. It was a wonderful spectacular of dancing and costumes with some fabulous narrators to retell the Christmas story in our own Dysart Fashion.
Each class took on roles from the Christmas story which varied from Shepherds with their sheep to Innkeepers, angels and camels. They all dressed up in some fabulous costumes and performed a dance for the audience and of course the judging panel who scored each class for their dances.
There were some wonderful performances from Mary, Joseph, the donkey and the stars and three pupils took turns to host the show. We even had floor managers who displayed helpful signs letting the audience know when it was time to Clap or Boo.
Well done to all the amazing pupils who sparkled like stars and an extra thank you to the Heads of Department and all the staff who helped create the magic. Finally thank you to the vicar of Christ Church for kindly allowing the use of the church which provided a magnificent backdrop to the production.
