Let Girls Play Football

We were delighted to take a group of girls to join a special football event to mark International Women’s Day on Friday 8th March. They were able to join in a number of fun football games designed to increase confidence and coordination including monster ball, traffic lights and we even had the chance to try a visually impaired football session.

The event was supported by Active Kingston and the Fulham FC Foundation and attended by girls from special schools from Kingston and other nearby boroughs.

The Dysart girls got stuck into all the activities and it was great to see them enjoy this Let Girls Play initiative which aimed to Inspire Inclusion.
