A learning and update event for carers and families of people with a learning disability living in Kingston and Richmond is to be held on Tuesday 30th July between 10am and 2pm at the Kingston Hospital education centre.

The event is for people with a learning disability, their families and carers as well as any organisation who might benefit from attending, such as domiciliary care agencies, specialist care placements and supported living for people with a learning disability.

The event will provide an update on work already done to develop the health and care experiences of people with a learning disability in Kingston and Richmond, and will identify ways where further improvements can be made.

To register your interest in attending this event, please email Peter Warburton (peter.warburton@swlondon.nhs.uk) or Sarah Loades (sarah.loades@swlondon.nhs.uk)

You are rightly proud of your work around pupil wellbeing, and ensuring pupils are ready for learning.  This has enabled you to establish a calm and purposeful learning environment for pupils with considerable needs.
