Location: Dysart School, Surbiton, KT6 6HL Hours: 36 hours per week, 8.15am – 4.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.15am to 4.00pm Friday, Term Time plus 1 week

Job Description

Dysart is a vibrant and Ofsted-rated outstanding school for pupils between the ages of 4-19 who have severe and complex learning disabilities, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions.  Our vision places our learners and their families at the heart of everything we do.

 

We are seeking to appoint a friendly, reliable Administration Assistant with excellent organisational skills to provide an efficient administration service to support the smooth running of the school.

The post holder will be joining a busy school where no two days are the same.  We are looking for a skilled individual who is energetic, efficient, flexible, with good communication skills and able to multi-task.  Have the ability to work on your own initiative and develop positive relationships with colleagues and working collaboratively with the whole school community.  You will have excellent IT skills in Excel/Word/Outlook, along with knowledge of SIMS package would be desirable.  Duties will include data input, reception as well as general clerical duties such as photocopying and call handling.
