Dysart Pupils Meet the Police
On December 10th, we were visited by members of the Metropolitan Police Safer Schools team. PC Emily Brooker and her colleague Sergeant White visited pupils in different classes to talk to them about staying safe and show them some of the things that police officers carry.
Staff at Dysart do a lot of work to teach pupils how to keep themselves safe. External visitors add an additional layer to this work, ensuring that pupils are well supported to develop the skills to stay safe.
We are looking forward to further work with the Met Police Safer Schools team in the future. Many thanks to PC Brooker and Sergeant White for coming in to support this very important work.
