Dysart Pupils Celebrate National Workouts & Wellbeing Week
On Monday March 25th, pupils at Dysart celebrated National Workouts and Wellbeing week. Pupils from a number of our younger classes came together to paint two large, communal, pieces of artwork. All the pupils worked together to produce two brilliantly colourful designs and had a great time collaborating between the classes in order to bring their ideas to life.
Activities such as this enables us to continue to promote positive pupil mental health and wellbeing. National Workouts and Wellbeing Week, in association with Mind, aims to raise awareness of mental health and improve wellbeing through activities such as exercise and mindfulness, helping us to lead healthier and active lifestyles.
