Dysart School will, as far as is possible, remain open to support the families of key workers and the vulnerable children we serve. If you are uncertain about what to do please email dysart-office@dysartschool.org and we will respond to you urgently.

Admissions

Dysart School is a special academy which provides 97 places for pupils and students aged 4-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties. For a child to be admitted, the school must be named by a Local Authority (LA) in the child’s Education Health Care Plan (EHCP). This generally follows extensive consultation with the school. Parents/carers wishing their child to attend Dysart School should ask their LA to name the school in their child’s EHCP.

Please see below our full Admissions Policy and Procedure.
