Privacy Statement

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) were introduced in the UK on 25 May 2018. OHC&AT wish to assure all stakeholders of our commitment to uphold the principles of the GDPR.   We have reviewed our policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the regulations.

We have published below our ‘Privacy Notices’ which include details about:

  • your rights relating to the information we hold about you
  • how we keep your personal information safe
  • the legal basis we rely on to use your information.

Our Privacy Notices tell you what to expect when OHC&AT collects personal information. It applies to the information we collect about pupils, students, staff, visitors to our website, suppliers and for marketing and research purposes.

OHC&AT believes that privacy is a very important right and when processing and developing information systems we are committed to privacy by design which means we will ‘ask permission, respect the privacy of the subject, value and protect an individual’s data’ at all times.
